Bar opening times
For an international match our bars open approx. 3.5 hours before
kick-off.
For a club game our bars open approx. 2 hours before kick-off.

Stadium?
A large number of varied food and beverage outlets are located at
various levels within the Stadium and in the West Car Park for
certain events. For further information please see Food and Drink.
Water
Tap water is available upon request from our bars. Please queue in
the normal way and on request you will be given a plastic cup of
water. We also have water stations at the stadium located in the
north east and south east corners on ground level.
Contactless Payment
All of our bars and majority of food outlets accept contactless
payment, speeding up transactions and helping to cut queues.

We have two cash machines located at the stadium. One is located in
the south west of the stadium to the right of the England Rugby
Store and the other in the east of the stadium to the left of the
museum by lift shaft 6.

What items am I prohibited from taking into the Stadium?
The following items are not permitted through the Stadium
turnstiles:
This list is by no means an exhaustive list. The RFU Ground Rules has more details on what may and may not be taken into the Stadium.
What am I permitted to take into the seating
bowl?
Small bags which can be placed safely under a seat are allowed into
the seating bowl, as are food and non-alcoholic drinks which have
not been purchased in the stadium (provided they are not in glass
containers or cans). Spectators can also take up to four alcoholic
beverages purchased in the stadium to their seat.
Babies/Children
Other than for major International matches (RBS 6 Nations and Old
Mutual Wealth Series) junior tickets are available for most matches
at Twickenham. Juniors are classed and aged 15 and under.
Babies in arms need to be in a front carrier - buggies, prams and carry seats are not permitted. They do not require a ticket and can be seated anywhere within the stadium.
Under 2s do not require a ticket unless attending an NFL game, this can be obtained from the ticket office on the day of the event and is free of charge. Parents/Guardians are advised that the middle and upper tier concourses are extremely high and some, adults and juniors, may find this uncomfortable. Children must be supervised in these areas at all times.
Over 2s require a ticket and can be seated anywhere within the Stadium. Parents/Guardians are advised that the middle and upper tier concourses are extremely high and some, adults and juniors, may find this uncomfortable. We would also advise that the rake of the seats in the upper tier is steep and some people may find this unnerving. We would advise against booking in the upper tier for anyone with children under 8. Children must be supervised at all times.
Please book appropriate seating, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to re-seat customers on match days.
