Twickenham Stadium’s new South Stand opened for business in September 2008. The new facilities provide an additional 5000m2 of integrated conference and exhibition space. This includes The Live Room with tiered seating for up to 400 delegates with the ability to remove the seating and stage to create a double height space for exhibitions and product launches as well as evening dinners. Twickenham Stadium’s banqueting capacity will also increase with The Rose Suite being able to seat up to 800 guests. Level Two has a variety of suites able to hold meetings and dinners for between 60 – 400 people giving increased opportunity for clients to mix all day conferences with evening dinning. In addition our facilities also incorporate a 4* Marriott Hotel with 156 rooms and six of these being VIP suites overlooking the pitch.
Twickenham Experience is the only provider of conference and event facilities at Twickenham Stadium. Combining the home of England Rugby with first class catering and professional event management, the stadiums location and its array of flexible meeting facilities make it ideal for conferences and events of all sizes.
