We thought the staff throughout the entire two days were excellent – it was a great meeting so many helpful, enthusiastic people to work with – we felt we were in great hands all working together to ensure the two day event worked smoothly. Feedback from the delegates was that they loved the venue and the tour we used as a raffle prize worked so well!

The Event was a complete success, the facilities worked perfectly for how we required our event to work. The food was outstanding and presentation was superb.
The event’s team was a pleasure to work with and nothing was too much trouble. An additional help in the success of the event was to have the Marriott hotel on site and the ease that was made in making sure all delegates and customers had rooms.
We are looking at re booking the event again at Twickenham Stadium again next year.

I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful evening Grasshoppers had last night. We had a great atmosphere, good turnout, good food, good wine all culminating in a very memorable evening. Dave, thank you for all your help in the early planning stages. Maeve, thank you for your patience!
However, actually on the day there are two people who I would like to highlight and would really appreciate it if you could pass this on to their respective line managers. Firstly, Rob Brumel - There wasn't anything that we asked of him that wasn't delivered and done in a totally professional but friendly manner - he went out of his way to make sure our evening ran without issues and made us feel as though we were in extremely safe hands. The success of our evening for the whole club, but specifically for husband and myself was very much down to Rob and we wanted to show our gratitude by putting something in writing.
Lastly, Luciano Dodero - Luciano is actually known to us as he plays at Grasshoppers. However, we were unaware that he had asked to work on our event, so it was a real joy to turn up in the afternoon and find him there. Like Rob, nothing we asked was too much, everything was executed by Luciano and his marshalled staff with precision and wonderful timing. Every minute detail I requested (and I made quite a few!) was carried out to the letter. He was like a whirlwind all night - we were truly blown away.
It was a very special evening for us as a club, but it was definitely made even more special by the efforts of the two mentioned above. Twickenham did Grasshoppers proud, I will certainly be recommending you to anyone I know wanting to hold a function or event and who knows.........in another 10 years??
